How We Produce and Inspect Your Order

1. Thermoformed unibody pressing. Face, core and edge are bonded in one hot-press cycle, which removes the weak joint found in cold-pressed paddles.
2. Incoming material checks. Carbon weave, resin ratio and core density are verified before pressing.
3. Weight and balance sorting. Every paddle is weighed and graded; 7.8-8.2 oz units are sorted into matched sets for retail pairs.
4. Play testing. Sample paddles from each batch are hit for feel, vibration and edge integrity before cartons are sealed.

USA Pickleball Approval

This model is built to USA Pickleball (USAPA) equipment specifications for diameter, weight, bounce, hardness and hole pattern, and approval documentation is available on request. We only claim approval for the models that hold it — if you are comparing suppliers, ask them to show the approval for the exact model you are buying, not for a different product in the same catalogue.

Packaging, Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders ship from Shenzhen or Nantong (near Shanghai). Most buyers plan on the following transit times; we confirm the actual schedule before you pay the deposit.

Export cartons, pallets, FBA labelling, UPC barcodes and printed retail packaging are all handled in the factory, so the goods arrive shelf-ready rather than needing repacking in your warehouse.
